Mike leads business development for Regiment and sets the company vision. After a career as a floor trader in the bond and wheat pits at the CBOT, he co-founded an asset management company in 2006 known today as RCM Wealth Advisors. He was instrumental in growing the assets under management to more than $200mm. After 20+ years of capital markets experience, he chose to move on to focus on helping the next generation of startup leaders and founded FinTech Ranger in 2017. His primary role at FinTech Ranger was growing the network of prospects and referral partners within the financial technology spheres of business including startups in the FinTech space.

Mike is the co-founder of the Chicago-based Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC), a non-profit organization that lobbies on behalf of small businesses across Chicagoland. He holds a BA from UW Madison.

Phillip’s career began as Chemical Engineer at Amoco Container (Amoco/BP) in 1990 with a Chemical/Electrical Engineering background, Long before he decided to use his understanding OF complex mathematical theories to propel himself into the financial markets in 1992. 

His experience includes Stock Options Trading, Proprietary Trading and a Futures focused Hedge Fund.  He left his position as a Portfolio Manager from the multi-billion dollar offshore Peregrine Strategic Investment Cayman LTD fund at the end of 2018 to form Tyche Asset Management, LLC. During his 5-year tenure at Peregrine his AUM grew from $500 million to over $2.0 billion, and he consistently produced double digit returns with low volatility.

It was in 2007 that Phillip started his journey in the Head Fund world, where he gained insight into the world of modeling market driven algos that produced key “Support and Resistance” levels. Through this formation Mr. Galles learned to evaluate the varieties of momentum trading and futures options using the combination of the static-arb (Statistical Arbitrage) and high probability trades (HPT) that produced returns that outperformed his peer group.

Phillip Galles has his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Business from Northwestern's prestigious Kellogg School of Business.
